TERMS & CONDITIONS

These are the terms and conditions of using and placing orders with Harvest Sunset Candles. 

Pricing
Listed prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping costs, such costs are applied to the total during checkout. Prices listed online are not binding, and are subject to change. Prices are honored once an order is placed.

Payment
Payments are collected before orders can be processed. Any delays in processing of payment due to issues out of the control of the Seller may result in a delay to your order. Payments must be submitted online at the time of checkout, or may be submitted over the phone.

Shipping
All orders are shipped according to our shipping policy. For any special requests related to shipping, please contact us. If items are missing or otherwise incorrect from your shipment, please contact us immediately.

Shipping Policy

We currently only ship to the United States.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Order Cancellation
An order may be canceled before it is shipped. You must call us to cancel an order.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less the shipping charges. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We cannot accept any items that have been lit, or are not in perfectly new condition.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Warranty
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer a warranty. We do stand by our products, and should an issue arise we will do our best to resolve it quickly.

Limitation of Liability
Harvest Sunset Candles shall not be liable for any claim arising out of the performance, non-performance, delay in delivery of or defect in the Goods nor for any special, indirect, economic or consequential loss or damage howsoever arising or howsoever caused (including loss of profit or loss of revenue) whether from negligence or otherwise in connection with the supply, functioning or use of our products.

Harvest Sunset Candles is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Harvest Sunset Candles may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from November 2012.
